Family needs help because of transplants

Hi everyone her my name is michael my wife and i have 4 children . We started out doing very well but now we are having trouble with living expences. I had a kidney transpant 28 years ago and recently became disabled. My daughter also has become a transplant patient. She too had a kidney transpant and the donor ws her mom. I went from making 60 thousand dollars year to making disablity and it has been so roof. I have never asked for help in my life but i am now at the point i have to. I have asked churches to to help but as usually they only want to send their money and help to other countries , something i will never understand.  I am now in a wheeelchair and having trouble taking care ofmy kids so my wife had to stop working help at home.  Are car has broken down and we have been having trouble getting my daughter back in forth to Birmingham Alabama which is 5 hours away from where we live. If she does not get seen she takes chance of something going wrong and losing her new kidney.

I have learn one thing about get help with medication and that was how to aply for assitance with manufatures of the drugs and if there is anyone out here in that nee i can do all your paper work and help you to get the medication that you need all i would need is you to give me information or i can call the company get your application and send them to your with instruction on how to fill them out. If there is anyone out here that could help me and my family with expences or find a car please i would appreicate the help.
